We are not accepting refunds or returns for jewelry and accessories at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
Clothing
Clothing items (unless otherwise marked as final sale) are eligible for size exchange or store credit only if requested within 10 days of the delivery date.
To request an exchange, please email support@aimeevdesigns.com with the following subject line format:
FULL NAME – ORDER NUMBER
In the body of the email, please clearly specify your exchange request.
Clothing must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Do not return any items until you have received a response and an order authorization number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and approved, we will process and ship your exchange.
Please note: All items purchased at our in-person events or markets are final sale.

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within (1) week of delivery at support@aimeevdesigns.com. Please provide your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
